I enjoy watching softball/baseball of many sorts but I wish they would give the hitters a bigger advantage in women's softball. It gets pretty low scoring in the college level. Also, making them switch pitchers every other game wouldn't be a bad idea either.

I play fastpitch. A team with a dominant pitcher can win a lot of games.

 

I have less trouble pitching in that game. Seems like a more natural motion. No arm problems for me beyond normal fatigue after a while.
