  1. Get ahead 0-2, throw 4 completely un-competitive pitches.
  2. Mets had 6(!) errors in game 2 to help out.
  3. Maybe don't play no doubles with their catcher with a sub .400 OPS and we would have one out already.
  4. Only play him against lefties is an interesting way to convince a team he's not a platoon bat.
  5. Whatever Sal gives up on offense he sure gives it up on defense too.
  6. At least Hamilton is using his speed tonight to cause havoc on the bases.
  7. Anderson's ERA when I'm watching is now 1,048.32.
  8. We don't need to pinch run for Vaughn if Frelick is just going to waste an out on the first pitch and any batted ball is a run on contact situation with a 5 run lead to boot. We've been using our bench to the point where we literally have no position players left and any pulled hamstring or sprained ankle leaves us with a pitcher playing the outfield or something.
  9. Not only can Yelich not hit but he's also slow.
  10. He shouldn't be an everyday starter (especially against lefties) but our other options are just so terrible,
  11. Levering sounded surprised that Ortiz struck out for some reason.
  12. I mean, coaches just not watching him? That's kinda their job.
  13. Contreras wanted to and should have challenged that but he didn't want to be wrong and lose the rest of our challenges because Bauers decided to challenge a pitch that was completely in the strike zone earlier.
  14. We've scored one legitimate run in our last 21.1 innings.
  15. Pull Sproat now? Usually joking but kinda serious here.
  16. It's the same issue it always is with Bauers. He gets hot, we use him like an everyday player, which means more at bats vs lefties (this is also because as a team we are completely useless against lefties), he cools off predictably and it takes us way too long to realize it.
  17. Contreras with a useless at bat allows them to pitch around Vaughn and then face Bauers and Sanchez. 0 runs incoming.
  18. It’s now easy to see why our coaches would bang a drum or whatever the hell we were doing in spring training
  19. As frustrating as a lot of Sanchez's challenges are, I will give him credit on challenging the obvious ones, which a lot of our hitters don't do.
