    So let's say instead of pulling back on the bunt attempt, he bunts it foul down the line or even worse pops it up and makes an out without advancing the runners. Is he benched for that?

    He is a reliever we picked up at the deadline. There is no way he's going to be good.

    Kinda feel like people are starting to see what I was saying about Chourio early in the year that was apparently super controversial. He's fine. He's not even close to our biggest problem on offense but when you're a top 3 prospect and the team gives you a contract like that before you've ever played a game, they kind of want star production, not just he's a good hitter production. And we're now 1,600 plate appearances into his career. Yes he can still improve and get to the star level but every year he doesn't get there makes it less likely that he'll eventually figure it out.

    I blame Arnold for expanding the trade to get Hamilton and I blame Murphy for thinking Hamilton is much better than he is.
