Forums become inaccessible on phone

I'm running into an issue where seemingly random rotating forums will be inaccessible when browsing on my phone. Right now it's the transactions forum. When I click on it, the whole line plus some other lines light up and my browser says "no application can perform this action " or something very similar to that. I've tried on two separate browsers (dolphin and boat),. I'll try on my wife's phone too as a test.

The forums started doing this randomly about two weeks ago. Here's a picture.

Haven't had this issue for almost a month so I guess this issue is not more. Guessing it was a rom issue. Thanks anyway.
