i've often wondered about this . . . was figaro shunned by the brewerfan.net community?

I hope he makes Texas' club. The only thing that would make the move better is if the Brewers would get to face him a whole lot because this year he proved he's just not a very good pitcher.

Figaro's propensity for giving up the long ball may not be the best fit in Texas. If they think they can get his off-speed repertoire up to adequate level, he might have a shot though. He definitely has the stuff, even if the fastball is Manny Parra straight.
