That was a pretty crappy throw. A 5 hopper to the plate should be a run. Walker is just really slow.

If by pretty crappy 5 hopper you mean a perfectly placed 2 hopper with some velocity than yeah I agree.

I won't argue the placement but I'll have to watch is again about the hops. There's no way that was only a 2 hopper.

It was, they showed the replay at the beginning of the inning. That was probably about as good of a throw as Hamilton could muster within his abilities.

I just tuned in an when I heard a runner was gunned down by Billy Hamilton, I thought it might be April 1st. Then I saw the replay and had to give the guy credit for a once-in-a-career throw.

Come on guys. It's Homer Bailey. Let's get something going.

This series is one of those that I automatically expect to be let down after a big uplifting home series winning 3 out of 4 against a top team. I don't want to feel that way, just been a Brewer fan for too long to not hope for the best but expect the worst, I guess.

They definitely are a play to your competiton's level team. Imagine losing the first two games here and then having to depend on Garza to salvage the last game.

I think Arcia is too young to realize you have to undertand the speed of the runners. That'll clean up soon enough.

Unfortunately it may be a lot like Villar's baserunning. Great to be confident, but sometimes I am just left scratching my head.
