Just looked it up. You're right. Pitchers can't be changed during an AB.

 

Did you actually find that because I'm pretty sure you can change pitchers whenever you want, except the pitcher has to finish a PA before you can do so.

 

You are correct sir, and that actually happens a decent number of times.

Cubs have used 5 pitchers in game one of a four game set.
