Strickland looked okay out there last night...

Agreed. He looked ok. He's definitely not a world beater but he fits the 5th-6th inning mold of Suter and Richards better than Yardley. At this point, a pen of Hader (9th)-Williams (8th)-Boxberger (7th)-Suter-Richards-Strickland (5th-6th) is certainly solid.

i'm trying to determine . . . is hunter strickland eligible for free agency after the conclusion of the 2021 world series, or do the brewers control his rights for one more year?

As far as I can tell he's been on an active roster for the whole year so far (Minus a few days between moving teams perhaps?), and since he started the season with 5 years and 33 days of service time, he should be at 6+ at the end of the season and thus a FA.
