PC Replay Baseball Game - Retro League Starting Up

I'm starting up a Retro Baseball League with the 1947 Season.
We will use the PC Replay Baseball game.

I have one opening left. That is Ralph Kiner and his Pittsburgh Pirates.
Hoping to find a knowledgeable baseball man or woman to take them over.  Be the GM, draft for them and make trades. Hopefully buy the game eventually.
You don't necessarily HAVE to buy the game at the start. My Excel Spreadsheets should be all you need to be a GM, draft and trade.
