Anyone know why A’s and Giants are playing at 7:05 Pacific tonight?

There's always a Sunday night game. Obviously it's that game this week.

Obsolutely my favorite game of the year.  Woody's control and pitch sequencing was so good to see.  Big Woo has been one of my favorite Brewers since he came up.  So good to see him back and pitching well. Welcome back Brandon!

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

Congrats to Freddy

ps I’m not sure why Murph has to throw the “ wonder if he would be traded “ stuff in there……..no reason for it…..especially at this moment.

Murphy didn't just say that to be mean,  I'm sure there were rumblings in the locker room about it or he would not have said it.  Matt Arnold is in charge of that end anyway.  That was not disrespectful at all if Freddy and Murphy talked about 'that it could happen prior to today.'  Look at when Hader was traded, no one seen that coming.

It's not. Sunday Night Baseball is Cubs/Cardinals followed by Rangers/Padres tonight. A's/Giants is not nationally televised, which is why everyone's wondering why it's so late on a Sunday night.

I'm sure Murph didn't just randomly throw it in.  It is pretty easy to imagine that those questions have come up for Peralta this year... and perhaps even clubhouse discussion about it.

We discuss trades in an off-handed manner because no matter the trade, we remain Brewer fans.  Peralta has played his entire MLB career with the Brewers... trade possibilities are starting to become very real for him.

Trade can greatly impact their whole life. Imagine if you went into work tomorrow and your boss told you that you have to report to a different city and different company, so pack up your house and move.  It is a big impact. Ensuring you stay focused with that distraction is a big deal.

Murph knows what Peralta has been dealing with better than any of us.

Living far from Milwaukee, I haven't seen very much of Sophia M in the past. But after her Spanish chat with Chourio, I totally love her brains guts and heart.  Plus she's cute.

Her dad was my football coach and Spanish teacher in Highschool. I remember babysitting her as a child. Damn I'm old

He may have just thrown that in there……we don’t know…….it’s a pattern with him that I don’t care for………he shares too much in public settings.

You guys certainly have the right to your opinion but if I were the owner or Matt Arnold I wouldn’t care for it.

As manager of a team that will not be able to pay everyone and will sometimes need to make trades of good players before they become free agents he should be more professional……..he whines too much for me……..Matt LaFleur is asked often about personnel matters……his response is always “ my job is to coach the guys that are here…….thats a question for Gutey”

ps I didn’t say it was disrespectful to Freddy………anyway……it’s not a big deal……he just annoys me.

Not saying you’re wrong about MLF in general, but he was always very open about wanting Aaron Rodgers back every year — to the degree where I wonder if it had any impact in us moving on from him a year later than we should have.
