    Payne has a long way to go before he is MLB ready as far as I'm concerned. Everyone thinks because they do great in "A" ball it translates to being great in the MLB. It's just a good start. Remember Keston Hiura? He was suppose to be the next superstar, he hit .442 with the Timber Rattlers I believe. But in the MLB he struck out 38% of the time.
