They’ve lost 9 of their last 10 games.

Tough to avoid this scenario, since we promote aggressively in general, with the exception of in-season DSL (which finishes August 18) to ACL (which finishes July 23).

In retrospect, maybe they could have used Hoff, Sarmiento, Derlin Garcia, Justin Lugo. Not going to promote first-year DSL bats in-season.
