Ned is always about an inning and a third too late.

You have no idea if the guy tomorrow is going to throw a complete game. Just use the freakin' bullpen and worry about the rest later. If guy doesn't have his stuff, get him out and give us a chance to win THIS game.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!

Maybe they should have waited before picking up Yost's option.

Ok...I was wrong...Doug GIVES them a run. What do you mean pull him...he's ONLY walked 7 batters so far in 3.2 innings....keep him in there Nedly. Great managing + solid control pitching = Yost and Davis sending the Brewers to 3 games under .500 again.

you are a joke of a manager when you leave a guy in when there is something clearly amiss... do you even have a brain

I think I can speak for the majority of people here when I say that is uncalled for. They needed Davis to eat some innings today. Thats why he was still in the game. Period.

Luckily, Davis walked in a run. It could have been much worse. Why Yost didn't have Helling ready to pitch to Wright is beyond me. Wright bats about .400 against lefties. Just another case where Yost displays his astute managerial abilities

Honestly people. It's not like they're coming off an off day with a fresh bullpen. They emptied the pen two nights ago! They don't have an off day any time soon. Davis had two outs. Yost took him out as soon as he allowed a run. If he got out of that inning it would have been fine.

This game is far from over. Ned needs to change his pitching philosophy.

1. Take the pitcher out before he walks in the lead run.

2. Take the pitcher out before he gives up the 3 run homer.

3. Send Santana to AAA.

Thanks Rick for coming in and giving up 2 more (and counting, I'm sure....).....this is why the Brewers won't get to the .500 mark this year. I'm calling it now. Mark my words....this team is not clutch....someone on the team seems to find a way to blow it. One player can't carry a team to victory but if you've been watching the Brewers lately, you'll see that one player can make the team LOSE. GAME OVER!

At least I can go to bed now.

And everyone, please do not post anything other than

ned is the man, a brilliant leader

and

we need to worry about tomorrow's game, so dont worry about today

Ralph has instructed us such

The season is over, its all over, there will never be another victory, heck there will never be another game. Its just over. Over, Over, Over. Close the roof, its over.

As Mike Tice says. Enjoyyyyyyyyyy the season

When you're near 100 pitches in the 4th it's quite obvious that Davis wan't going to be eating any more innings. Take him out and let somebody else try.

I can see it now. The bullpen's overworked, so when they get rocked over the next few days you'll say, "Ned! That's what you get for overusing your bullpen so much!!!"

I concur. There seems to be a bunch of Larussas here who want to change pitchers every at bat. If some of us were GMs, would we have 17 pitchers on the roster and change every time a guy gave up a run?

If Ned leaves a guy in too long or puts in the "wrong" guy he is a dupe. If the move works out he is lucky. C'mon folks.
