Need help with someone who has a High Desert JJ

I need some assistance from someone with a High desert JJ. The plaque on the front is simply made of cheap paper and when I moved it fell off mine. I was hoping that someone who has this bobble could make a color photo copy of that like mitsubishi plaquered and mail it to me. Email me at mark.gresbach@gmail.com if you can dfo this for me. Is that all is is (those two logos), or does it have a name on it too? Let me know, I might be able to clean that up a bit.

I used the dimensions and the image Matt uploaded and photo shopped the new one from scratch. I think I got the font correct.

 

Hope it helps. If you need a large version, I can do that too.
