  1. What would you reccomend for supplements? I'm getting a lot of conflicting information online. Whey Protein? Creatine? My friend uses Jack3d, how about that? Multivitamin? I'm 20 years old, 5'10 and about 160 lbs. I'm about to start a round of P90x along with running and biking. I'm not doing the p90x diet program. I'm mainly looking to get into shape again and build some muscle.
  2. Hell Yes!!!!
  3. Yeah he sure played awful when he saved the game for us with his diving play in the 8th. I'll agree the wicked hop in the 12th made him look silly, although he had to pick that perfect as Shane Victorino was hustling down the line. So he made, perhaps the best defensive play of the season, and a below average play on a wicked hop. I suppose that would qualify his play as the "Worst one would ever have seen", being objective and all. Edit: Ender, they are useless in telling us what to expect going forward, but when all three major defensive sabermetric statistic companies all have his play as essentially league average, does that not, just possibly, suggest that his play to this point might have actually been a bit better than many on here expected at the beginning of the season? I think it does. It is looking at the data three ways, and each came up with the same result. All I heard when I posted BIP and Zone is that they were not UZR. Now I've posted UZR as well, and that still isn't good enough, in your mind, to draw even the slightest conclusion. The ball was hit right at him and he went at it like a little leaguer scared of the ball. That "wicked hop" wouldn't have been a problem if he wasn't so damn lazy. Yeah he had a great play earlier in the game but that error was inexcusable.
  4. His play today might be the worst I've EVER seen a major league baseball player look defensively.
  5. You say P90x eats muscle to lose weight... What if I don't do the diet program along with it? Will I build muscle then?
  6. Drunken Driving is as big a no-no as selling crack to minors and is just as big of a problem in society. This guy knew drunk driving is wrong and that this outcome was a possibility when he got behind the wheel. Whats sickening is that this wasn't his first offense. Shows how badly our nation needs to make the 1st time a significant punishment- 3-6 months in prison first offense sounds about right to me.
  7. I just think its interesting still how Donte Stallworth does basically the same thing, but gets a slap on the wrist and is playing football again.
  8. Going as Bubbles from Trailer Park Boys tonight, and then Borat tomorrow night
  9. How about the NBA focuses on actually playing real basketball to fix their financial woes? People don't care about the NBA because the NCAA now offers a superior product. That is inexcusable considering the unbelievable talent in the NBA. The NBA needs to start selling basketball again and now entertainment.
  10. I may have to be Chelsea, Man U or Real Madrid because everyone is amazing at the game and I'm terrible
  11. I have never been into soccer in my whole life and I don't grasp much of the strategy yet. However 3 of my roommates this year are obsessed with FIFA 10 and I need to pick a team to play them with. One guys a Bayern Munich guy, one has Liverpool, and the other has Barcelona. Since I know nothing of clubs help me pick a club so I don't end up with like the Chicago Fire. Lets stick to German or Austrian teams since I study German and am planning on either studying abroad there or visiting there sometime.
  12. Well I'd stick with a Romance language like Spanish, Portugese, Italian, or French or another Germanic language (English is Germanic) such as German or Dutch. They say Spanish is one of the easiest languages to learn, and here in the US its probably the most useful. I've taken a year of both Spanish and German. I found Spanish much easier, German has alot of weird rules (like English does) that are hard to get right away. I like German better, I think it sounds cooler and I find German culture fascinating. English is kinda stuck in between a Germanic language and a Romance language so there really isn't a counterpart like Spanish and Italian. So if you learn Spanish you should be able to learn another Romance language very easily since they have so much in common. Stay away from Eastern Languages like Russian, Polish, Arabic, Japanese, and Chinese if you haven't learned a language yet. Its an entirely different alphabet and family. It would take MUCH longer to learn one of these languages.
  13. Even though I got my tickets this morning, UW's first come first serve online system for student football tickets is a mess.
