    Typical Cubs fan.

Think Ned knows what a sacrifice bunt is anymore?
  3. Weeks4MVP
Well I am glad we gave up the future for Linebrink becuase by the time he gets here we will be eliminated from the playoffs.
  4. Weeks4MVP
FIRE NED YOST. He has never won on the road his entire time with the Brewers. When you have one of the best records at home in all of baseball you should be in first by quite a bit. Pathetic.
  5. Weeks4MVP
By next Sunday we will be down by about 6 games to the cubs.

I've been a Ned supporter for a while now and he needs to go. He hasn't been able to get this team to win on the road in his entire time here. They cannot continue to get beat on the road and expect to make the playoffs. I think this team needs a new coach to get them going.

    here goes an 0-2 basehit.
  8. Weeks4MVP
Thank God it was only a feeling.
  9. Weeks4MVP
Sadly, I am feeling a walkoff right here.
  10. Weeks4MVP
I'm rooting for the Cubs to win the Wild Card because then that means we will probably have won the division.

If you trade Turnbow now, and don't acquire Otsuka, who is next year's closer? I believe Grant Ballfour has some experience closing in the minors.
  12. Weeks4MVP
Ball-four just isn't a major league pitcher. He can't throw strikes when he needs to and when he throws strikes he gets hammered. He reminds me of Ben Hendrickson. Great minor league numbers but a terrible big leaguer. Hopefully he doesn't get as many chances or we might be thinking of 2008 early.

Unfortunately I don't have any extras to trade. I ended up trading them for the regular uniform bobbles I didn't have and now all I need is retros. Sorry.

I think the thing that bothers me most is how they put the guess the attendance thing up in the top of the ninth inning. When the game is close and cordero is coming in the crowd should be getting pumped up instread of trying to guess how many people came to the game. Cordero has already started to warmup by the time his music kicks in.

I am looking to purchase the following SGA bobbleheads: 2004 Scott Podsednik Blue 2004 Gorman Thomas Powder Blue 2004 Jim Gantner Blue 2005 Ben Sheets Blue 2005 Rollie Fingers Powder Blue 2005 Lyle Overbay Blue 2006 Derrick Turnbow Pinstripe 2006 Cecil Cooper Powder Blue 2006 Robin Yount Powder Blue 2007 Prince Fielder Pinstripe I realize they are all retro bobbleheads, but I was wondering if anyone was willing to sell any of their extras to me. If interested, let me know what price you are looking for. Thanks.

At least the article said that there was no further damage. That's the best news out of the situation.
  18. Weeks4MVP
Sent you a message as well.
  19. Weeks4MVP
Sorry jlau...a buddy of mine from work offered me a fielder retro jersey one because he had two of them for my extra white jersey fielder. Thanks for your interest though.
  20. Weeks4MVP
I'll put a picture of it up tomorrow.
  21. Weeks4MVP
I'm looking for the full-size SGA bobbles from past years. Sorry I didn't clarify. I would be willing to trade the Fielder for either a Chorizo or Capuano one because I will not be able to go to those games. Thanks again.
  22. Weeks4MVP
I am looking to receive one of the following: 2001 Geoff Jenkins 2001 Bob Uecker 2001 Robin Yount 2002 Richie Sexson 2002 Hank Aaron 2003 Paul Moliter 2006 Cecil Cooper Otherwise I am looking for retro bobbles as well, but I doubt anyone would want to give them up. Let me know if anyone is interested. Thanks

Once again, defense is why Braun is in the minors. Hmm...
