If it is a bad injury this could kill any chance the Brewers had for draft picks. They have to offer arby and if he need TJS or some other surgery he will accept arby and we get nothing but a broke down pitcher rehabbing. Edit: I'm really hopping none of this happens for both sides.

Yes there is a point, trains move over 40% of the nations freight, more than any other type of transportation. You are more dependent on trains than you know. Trains ship the coal we need for electricity, lumber, imports in containers from Asia, automobiles, electronics, ethanol, chemicals, fertilizers, grains, heck almost anything. Trains are a more efficient than trucks. One rail car equals about three semi trucks. Trains can move the same amount freight, using less fuel, and at a cheaper price than trucks. Roadways are being destroyed by trucks, if anything we need more trains for this reason. Since I am a Civil Engineering major at UW-Platteville I can tell you engineers do not design highways for your car, they design them for trucks.

I see you have a slide about Hank Aaron. Maybe have slides about the other Hall of Fame Milwaukee players like Warren Spahn, Eddie Mathews, Robin Yount, and Paul Molitor. You could also do one on the 57 WS where Lew Burdette started three games completing them all winning them all and giving up only 2 runs in those 27 innings. Maybe do one on different Cy Young awards Milwaukee pitchers have won and MVP awards Milwaukee Players have won.

As Wayne Larrivee would say "That will be the dagger".

Could Greg Maddux be an option? It would kinda be like when the Brewers got Don Sutton in 82. I dont know if he has a no trade clause or not but if the Padres are out of it by July maybe he would want to come here and team up with his bro for a run at the playoffs.

This is great news, anyone know when he starts?
