it's crazy to me that despite Frelick having such a good chase rate, he just does NOT lay off high fastballs. Even though he still got a base hit off of one just now.

so with Rom being sent down, why wasn't he the one that pitched multiple innings in yesterday's blowout win, instead of Patrick?

I think I read early July is the expectation at this point.
