    Just another thing to note. This makes it two games in a row in which we have got nothing out of C. Lee and still came through with the win. This is obviously great to see in that it give the team confidence to win without Carlos driving in a bunch of runs. EDIT- looks like the Reds are gonna knock off the Astros in the second game of their double header so we should hang on to third place in the division.

    I dont know about the rest of you guys but I think its really exciting to see this team come back in a bunch of these games. About a month ago the general feeling around here seemed to be that if we would go behind by a run or two in the early innings the game was over (myself included). Now even though we went behind 3-0 after three innings I still felt we were going to win and now it looks like we will. Hopefully we can start to do this on the road as well now.

    Wow what a freaking joke! Duke strikes out the side. -On another note, I've supported keeping JJ up in the big leagues for a while now but he just seems to be getting worse and worse! Maybe I'm just partially frustrated due to his pathetic AB's today but honestly, he just looks awful.

    Just got back from the game, had an awesome time! I got a five dollar bleacher ticket w/ my student ID, a free t-shirt(current logo), and a complementary "making of Miller Park" book/magazine for filling out a survay. I moved down from the bleachers to the field level in left field just in time to see Rickie's home run. It was great to see the Brewers fight back after going down in the 6th inning. Only downer would be if Carlos has to miss some time, I didint really see what happened to him from the bleachers where I was sitting, but I kinda assumed they were just taking it safe with him after they went up by 3 in the first. Great game and I had a awesome time!

    On a more sobering note, if we lose tonight it looks like the Astros will overtake us in the standings. They've got Clemens pitching against Colorado.

    The Brewers go up against the Cubs at Wrigley Field. -Pitching Matchups- Chicago Carlos Zambrano RHP 4-4, 4.27 ERA vs. Milwaukee Doug Davis LHP 9-6, 4.44 ERA We all remember what happened last time the Brewers faced Zambrano! Lets see if we can rattle him early again!

    Both Rickie and Billy strike out on pitches that weren't even close. At least we didnt get shut out though.
