    Is it you that doesn’t want to trade prospects at the deadline? I totally agree with that. The talent the Dodgers have is insane. I think the Crews “real” window is the next 2-6 years.

    Agreed. They are a balanced team. They are winning games when the fans are saying they are not playing well. I said last night, I just don’t think most fans watch baseball outside of the team they cheer for. I don’t know what more people want. Great pitching and a team that scores 5 runs per game which is top five in baseball.

    Look at what MLB pitching can do to Pratt who was a high contact guy in the minors. The stuff and location of MLB pitching is amazing. Fischer is just not ready IMO.

    We would need to add Skubal and a high end bat just to get close to the Dodgers. I don’t want to give up the assets it would take knowing it still wouldn’t be enough to match the Dodgers.

    I honestly don’t think most people watch baseball outside of the game the Brewers are playing. The Crew are a complete team. They don’t play like it everyday but they are really good in all facets. Most teams are not.

    The Crew are 23 over.500. Just insanely good first half so far. I’m just glad to be able to watch winning baseball. Makes the summer so much more enjoyable.

    I think so. I think I saw that Schwarber is around a 35% K rate this. He’s obviously an extreme case however maybe Fischer can be Schwarber lite. It’s definitely interesting. He’s going to get a shot, likely next year. I have no idea how his defense is.

    I don’t know what to think of Fischer. Another home run today. That K rate is insane. So is that power.

    This is how I feel. I know some fans want the Crew to “go for it”. The Dodgers are elite. Having relevant Brewers baseball year in and year out is something I really appreciate especially after the 90s and early 2000s.

    The lineup seems so simple. Yelich to the bench and Vaughn permanently the DH. Bauers 1st baseman.
