  1. He had an MRI done. Most likely if it were a herniated disc this would have been detected and diagnosed. I will give you that, it would've 'most likley' been diagnosed. But what I will tell you is that Corbin's mystery stint on the IL is from Covid 19 positive test protocols and Yelich reinjured his back in the 4th inning last night. The Dr. isn't going to tell you or the media the full diagnosis. The guy has an angry disk. I am as upset it as everyone else on is injury but if it was detected and diagnosed as a herniated disk doesn't mean the team would give out that information to John Q Public. He has a bad disk, he can rotate but will struggle bending and can't play the field. It's not permanent and staff will play it safe due to where the team is in the standings and Yeli's contract. Go back to my very few previous posts if you need to see my track record on information..
  2. Fellas....chill out. It's most likely a form of herniated disk. He reaggravated it in the 4th inning and still smoked a ball later in the game. He can hardly bend down but can swing a bat and it is probably not a career ender. I had a totally random sciatic nerve issue last March and thought I was on my death bed. 4 Weeks later of treatment that probably isn't the same as a major leaguer and I was fine. It sucks, but it will be fine. Injuries suck, but we are competitive. Buy some $8 lower level seats with me and watch the Mouton's take the field with Everett Stull on the hill and tell me how bad it is!
  3. It is definitely Covid related....I can confirm. At least positive test as of now

  5. Sounds like Arcia...if that rings true hopefully it will shed light on credibility. They will obviously have to do multiple tests to verify. Testing again to see if it's true or not...could cause issues to the availability of the catchers on the team as well. Ugh, hopefully a false positive.
  6. Got a link? Forgive me if I don't really believe that story without a link of some kind to verify... - I totally agree with you, and I hate the words 'source(s)' as much as the next guy. However, I don't have any desire to make stuff up to turn into some kind of cool internet insider guy. Mostly just hoping it's an isolated case that doesn't ruin my day of smoking meats, having a couple cocktails, and listening to uke on the radio. I do have a very good source we can leave it at that, hopefully it turns out to be nothing.
  7. I hear there was a positive test within the Brewers organization and they are doing some contact tracing. Could put opening day in doubt
  8. Nothing on Boxberger for sure that I would share. I know if Jordan hangs around at all, it won't be long. Could see him come up with the usual roster turnover in April, but he wont' stick around for long...family/hunting/fishing are becoming a higher priority.
  9. Jordan Zimmermann will not be making the Opening Day roster (barring an injury or two). Not sure if he will hang around in the minors or not, but could be the end of the road and a career that flew seems to fly by for a local guy. No, I'm not high heat. Can't wait for Opening Day!
