    As I said in another post we found our dream home and are now decluttering so that we can get this home staged to sell, because no lender is willing to let us bridge. What happens if I end up upside down on this house I dont know but I am going to take the chance. Anyhow - I was given about 10 years ago a SONY TC-765 in perfect working order and condition along with a DBX Model 128 Range inhancer and Tape Noise reduction. What is this worth if anything?

    We found our dream home. We have 10 plus years of making mortgage payments on time with zero late payments. Because of the market we have next to no equity. We had credit cards, paid them off so that now we have no bills, we have no debt outside of the home. we have a credit score in the upper 700s. I make more money than I used to, my wife owns her own cleaning business and is making money with it. We can afford 2 mortgage payments if we had to do it for up to a year. Yet we cannot find a lender to give us a loan for this home. Thats whats bugging me today. Meanwhile people with no history of making payments, no history of financial responsibility are getting loans and can get the home we dream of. What happened to the American Dream?

    I am not sure what the requirements are here and I dont want to get in trouble for "advertising". One of my friends though has started a new way to look at fantasy football called www.lowballgames.com I dont want to say more than that because i dont want to break any rules here but if you are interested in Fantasy football and interested in new things, please check it out.

    He has known about it since High school. He isnt the first pitcher with Diabetes and will not be the last. David Wells and Catfish Hunter managed okay with it. However - as read in this article, Morrow personally struggled with it and the move to the BP was voluntary. I agree that this might lower the cost for him and think that my original idea of Gamel and Hart was way too much. Perhaps just Hart and a prospect might get it done. Id still like to add the guy - arms and talent like this do not come around.

    Jose Guillen would be a fit in RF. He would be expensive, but maybe KC would be open to a straight swap of Soup for Guillen.

    Id love to see him swapped for David Dejesus. I like the idea of adding a left handed bat to the top of the order. I have always felt that for Weeks to reach his potential he should be moved toward the middle of the order - maybe 5th and this is a move that would allow us to do that.

    I would love to see Omar Vizquel. I think he would be a great tutor for Escobar and Weeks, and would be able to come in as a late inning defensive replacement for Weeks. I feel like there is just so much knowledge to share there that he would be worth bringing in.

    Id like to know more on this too. with 3 kids, if I signed all 3 up for KidsClub, would Ihave to buy 3 regular priced tickets to go, or could I just buy one for myself and take them, or one for both myself and my wife?

    Id take my family of 5 to the stadium a few times this season to see Bonds in person. Personally I think Bonds is getting a raw deal.

    Supp and Weeks for Young would be nice. Young said hed play 2nd for a new team.

    The guy is a pitching artist - id love it. Adding 2 HOFs to the staff would be huge for morale and for learning opportunity.

    My wife is setting up a private myspace page for her sister down south and mom in Lacrosse and some friends. I have never done this. Whenever she adds a song to her "profile Playlist" it shows up there 2 times. Anyone have any ideas what is going on? Id like to be a hero tonight.

    Id really like to see Big Red in the 8th and Hells Bells in the 9th. What that means for carlos villanueva I am not sure though - does he become starter #5?

    Clearly there needs to be a fix put in place for situations like this. I have 2 off the top of my head. 1. Each team is allowed only to sign one type A FA, 2. If the compensation a 2nd rounder it should be two years worth of 2nd rounders. If it drops to a 3rd then 3 years worth of 3rds.

    I think the city needs a place like that. People in your situation need to have hangouts and social lives as well. I would be very interested in an investment in something like that .

    What would be great is if Movie Theaters started showing the games.

    I guess my opinion is that many closers are "wild". At the end of the game you have to remember that when the closer is in the ballgame, the pressure is on the HITTER. He is losing. If a pitch is close I think they are probably swinging. I think a little wildness to a closer is a good thing. Especially when the ball is coming 96 MPH - Look at CoCo - so many of his pitches were out of the zone but hitters couldnt help themselves.

    I figure we only need them for a year - While Edmonds really only can play center Field, he can also play some 1b in case of an injuryo the Prince . He has really shown a knack for getting on base. When Braun or Hart need a day off, Cam plays LF or RF with Edmonds in CF. Andersons defense seems like it might have slipped a bit but as a 4th OF, I think he would be great. just an idea is all
