When someone from my office finds a job elsewhere for more money and benefits, I may initially be a little jelly, as the kids say, but ultimately I have happy when people do well in this world with their talents (not at the expense of others, or on the backs of others, as some billionaires do). I'll feel the same way when Big Woo leaves us.
