  1. I guess they prefer the lefty in Bauer to Hoskins? I don't really get it? What am I missing here? Legit curious.
  2. What is the latest on Hoskins? I can't find any updates. Does anyone know? He's also on my roto team, and everyday it just says he's due back any day, it's said this all week. edit never mind I just found an article saying the Brewers "like the lineup" the way it is and won't make a decision probably till the 9th.
  3. 100% We have stranded a lot of batters lately.
  4. We still have Hoskins and his great OBP coming. That can only help.
  5. Oh man Devin Williams.....never trusted that guy.
  6. I get that. I have been watching ball for 50 years. I think Uribe has "it". I get nervous when Megill pitches, I don't with Uribe.
  7. A 1.87 ERA and 1.10 Ratio In 29 appearances since the start of July he's given up 4 runs.
  8. I feel way better about Uribe closing games than Megill
  9. Im listening to the Brewers game, watching the Chargers and Chiefs while my son is watching Smackdown on the couch.
  10. I think I would rather us not score and put in Uribe than go to Fedde
  11. I have been a Brewers fan for 40 plus years. I joined the site years ago but only started posting this year. My welcome to the site was when I posted that I thought we should have made a play for a bat at the trade deadline. I was downvoted. Now we see that maybe we should have traded for that bat.. I hope it does not matter and our bats wake up, but tonight made me think of those first posts I made here.
  12. Hoskins is capable of going on a tear, and better than Bauers is better for this team. Hoskins had a 340 OBP this year when he got hurt.....He's a good player
  13. If Vaughn could break out of it, and Yelich play RF. Having Hoskins at DH this lineup would be amazing.
  14. I have enjoyed this season a great deal, and I will have fond memories, But I am ready for the Brewers to win it all and I would be lying if I would be happy if they didn't. Been a fan sine 78, and it's been a long draught.
  15. I picked up Uribe about a month ago because I suspected he would be the closer by September.
