Willie Randolph stated in the New York Times today that Heilman and Milledge could be used in trades. LINK What would it take to get both of these guys? I don't think anyone is going to give up an ace for Milledge, so a quality package around a starting pitcher might do it. Is Milledge able to play a serviceable CF? If so, these two would really fill a hole for the Brewers going into the next several years, with Heilman starting and Milledge playing CF. Just a note, Heilman will be 28 and Milledge will be 22 next season.

maybe his nickname should be bill "brasky" hall "He hated Mexicans! And he was half Mexican! .......And he hated irony!"

Wow, that's awesome. There is tons of information on there.

The power of the stache.

To use a Maddux word, Sheets is pretty 'crispy' tonight.

Gross has been unbelievable. Just insane.

Sweet lineup. I hope Sheeter can hold off these Reds tonight. They are on a tear offensively...sort of wish that trade for Brandon Phillips would have went through, if for nothing else than to keep him from hitting us. Sheesh.

I wonder why there Corey Hart isn't being asked to pinch run for Fielder?

Does anyone know where Chris Magruder went? I can't seem to find anything on what happened to him.

Just saw it. All I can say is 'wow'. After the 10 minutes to open baseball tonight, then this...I'm in shock.

Bush sure is dominating. Wish Jorge would follow suit.

Will there be the normal gameday interface for these games, or is it only the audio?

He had a good season in 1997...but that was 1997. Otherwise, he's had some good ERA's as a 30 year-old AA-baller. Does anybody know if his "stuff" is any good?

It's hard to give up on Adams. He did so well last year, that his return to form should be expected. Housman, on the other hand, I don't trust. His "dominance"(if I can say that) ended at AA last year, and I can't see him bringing it back, unless it's a mechanical thing. I'll always be in Hendrickson's corner, though. Back on topic. I would have liked to see Prince or Hart sent down for this series...for that matter Magruder. I'm not a big "winning is important" guy, but it would be nice if some semblance of the team stayed intact. Tough loss.

Jorge should really replace Helling. With Sheets out, there really is no reason for us to go with the 35 year old fossil, unless there is a trade in the works. Give Jorge or Lil Ben a chance Nedley.
