Yes, injuries call for replacements, Replacements are just that. They are not starters, but are good enough to be in the bigs. They are not though "garbage", which is an insult to them and nasty.

Brian, I think that it is uncalled for. If you don't like Counselw for his baseball acumen, that is fair. When I moved here in 1981, there was a High School kid down the black, who was obsessed with baseball. He grew up in a three bedroom Mickelson house, his Dad was a PR guy with the Brewers, which was not a way to get rich then. Counce was just a hard working kid, not uppity, as you somehow have determined. He was shy, and still is. But he was, and is still a community member,. Don't judge what you don't know.
