  1. Couldn’t delete my post that kicked this dead hornet’s nest so instead… LFG Brew Crew!! Hope to see you there.
  2. Gore, Peralta, Woody/Priester as a top three with Miz as a set-up guy/closer does sound intriguing…
  3. I was just looking at that possibility. Collins has had very little time at 2B recently… so I can’t speak to his metrics. However… that would allow a lineup that looks something like this: Kwan LF Chourio CF Yelich DH Vaughn 1B Contreras C Frelick RF Turang SS Collins 2B Durbin 3B In the words of Adam Sandler.., not too shabby.
  4. This seems like a lot of hairsplitting for a single managerial decision in a game the Crew won 8-4. You could make an argument either way, as both of you have done. Judgment call. Let’s rejoice in a win that didn’t look like a win half an inning in.
  5. 11 HR in just 211 at bats. Not a bad ratio. Does strike out too much though. Interesting get.
  6. I noticed that as well and thought the same thing. Circumstances made it logical, but it was a first that I can recall this season and could be symbolic.
  7. First off, hello…. Long time reader first time poster. Willi Castro is exactly who I would target, and I would also entertain plugging the LH hole at first base with Josh Naylor if AZ sells. Castro ends the Monasterio experiment and can get plenty of ABs with his versatility.
