4/5/08 Giants (Correia) at Brewers (Parra): 12:05 PM CDT

[sheetswannabe]

that is classic straw

[TauPentaRei]

um. Uecker is getting worse and worse.

the call of the swinging bunt to end the Giants' 8th was ridiculously and prolongyly delayed until about 20 seconds after all activities (count, pitch, batter, swing, not-a-strike-out!, nubber-outside-homeplate, rivera pouncing, throwing low, prince scooping, umpire calling)

am i alone here?

[Schlitz001]

Fielder's sleeves get shorter every at bat.

[trwi7]

Dang, I was kinda hoping they would leave Taschner in to face Braun. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

[Vgmastr]

Prince on first with Braun, Hall, and Hart coming up. Let's get some insurance for Gagne, please.

[adambr2]

Crap.

[And That]

That's how you turn a double play.

And why has Bill Hill earned the monicker "McDonalds Premium Roast Iced Coffee"? I don't get it.

[sheetswannabe]

Cubs win

[thablingster]

100mph from a guy who just had a Tommy John? That's crazy.

[EinhornIsFinkle]

Is anyone else nervous about Gagne coming in? Wish we had a bigger lead to work with.

[trwi7]

Braun needs to be in front of Prince. He has absolutely no plate discipline and it annoys the hell out of me.

[chadomac]

I would feel more comfortable with an 8-10 run lead.

[Ennder]

Come on Hart, make this a 3 run game and give Gagne some breathing room.

[adambr2]

Well, it's time for Gagne's next audition. He's had a few days rest, and this isn't a daunting lineup he's facing. Earn your $10M, Eric.

[ELCABALLO45]

Oh god... Here comes Gagne

[And That]

Here comes Gagné... I'm closing my eyes.

[dogs with bees in their mo]

Nice play by Castillo.

Gagne time. Earn some of your money you hoser.

[sheetswannabe]

Wowzaaaa

[Ennder]

gameday says those fastballs were 94 MPH. Change up was 85.

[sheetswannabe]

Gagne is hitting 94

[brains and braun]

Tau, Ueck's play by play is absurdly bad at times. It has been for a while though.

[Harold Hutchison]

He's hitting 94-95 with his fastball. He'll be OK, I think.

[sheetswannabe]

Gagne looked amazing!!!! GAME OVER!!! 4-1!!

[And That]

Gagné avec l'économiser!

[zzzmanwitz]

Gagne sucks
