Probable Pitcher for Wednesday June 25th TBD?

I may have missed something, but why does the Brewers website list Wednesday's starter as TBD...with no off days, it should be Suppan's turn in the rotation...

 

Did he get hurt in his short outing or is this just simply an oversight...generally, they have the pitching rotation update on the site even when there is off days that could move some one up in the rotation.

I wouldn't read too much into that yet. The only reason Suppan wouldn't be pitching on his next due spot would be injury. Nothing else.

Blindcheck - I think the pitcher 4 days out is always listed as "TBD". When I was looking at probable pitchers the other day (the morning after Sheets pitched), it listed them as Bush, Suppan, McClung, Parra, and TBD...obviously, there's nothing wrong with Sheets, so I think the TBD thing is just standard practice.

The Brewers probably wait a day after someone pitches to officially announce them as starter again. Probably just a precaution in case he is hurt. I bet he's listed by tomorrow.

Interesting. He was listed and as you said now he's not. ESPN has him listed.
