I saw this rumor on either yahoo fantasy sport or ESPN. What is everyones take? I personally am a little scared if this is really true. The Cards would really be dangerous. What would the Cards have to include in the deal or would it be straight up? I will look for the link I saw

There's absolutely no way that happens. Have you seen Ludwick's stats this season? The Cards couldn't get the Indians to take Ludwick straight up for DeRosa. He's not even an everyday starter in St. Louis. There's just no way.

Knowing Billy Beane and the top prospects he gave up for Holliday, its going to take a lot more than Ludwick to get Holliday. Think Brett Wallace. The draft picks that the A's would get for losing Holliday in the offseason alone would be worth more than Ludwick.
