I think Almonte is going to make the club. Boggs does have a shot as well. I think Kottaras has locked down the backup catchers spot. Only way Nieves makes the team is if Lucroy has to start year on DL.

It's sounding more and more like Lucroy will be ready by Opening Day (or right around there), so I don't think Nieves or anyone else not named Kottaras has a real shot.
