2) Does Prince have asthma? His coughing has always been around even when he isn't running that hard.

1. I think they have a wrist band on the forearm or wrist and wipes the sweat out of the helmet with it. It just looks like he is shoving his elbow in. That's my thought at least.

I think I read somewhere that Prince coughs intentionally after sprinting. Something to do with getting more oxygen although I have no idea how it works.
