I just got done watching the Women's WC game (not even really a big soccer fan) and I have come to the conclusion that officials in every sport are just plain terrible. Maybe it truly is because we have access to so much more technology than we used to, but it's absolutely brutal in every sport.

The 1st base ump called it and claimed he checked his swing. Replays clearly show he did not. He totally blew the call.
