Great Interview with Braun, Fielder and "Security Guard" Tony Plush

Not sure how many of you saw this yesterday on MLB Network, but I thought it worth posting. It is often-times hilarious and it's great to see our players having fun.

 

Love the part about trying to convince Carlos Gomez to be in the Sausage Race (can you imagine that?!) ... and love Fielder's response when asked who is the better overall athlete between him & Braun: "its definitely Ryan, he can hit, throw, field, run, he can do it all... me I can pretty much... (pause) ... hit"

The vibe on this team is just awesome. Prince is havin' fun, Braun is just lovin' life and that crazy cousin T Plush is just some good kind of nuts.

I love the question about who's more athletic. After mentioning everything Braun can do, Prince simply says, " I can HIT."

What a weird set of questions, Intentional Talk is just kind of an awkward production.

 

That said, Plush is hilarious and Prince was in a rare mood for the interview, which was nice to see.

The questions induced the mood. In a typical interview, how often do we hear a player laugh (Tony Plush excepted)?
