Fantasy Baseball Question

Ok, so I must admidt I have never played fantasy baseball, just football. I have been playing that for a long time and I'm in a 16 team league. It really makes it a lot of fun and a big challenge.

 

So my question is, are any of you in any hardcore baseball leagues? I'm really interested in getting in to a dynasty/salary cap type league. I don't want to play just a basic league for fear it will be too similar to FF. If I start I want to go all in. So I'm curious if any of you are in those type of leagues. Also, where could I go to find a league like this? I don't want to play with strangers on Yahoo because I don't want people quitting half way through or cheating.

On a side note, not looking to start this year probably, just want to follow it a little closer this year and try to get in to one next year (or if a league needs a guy to step in later on this year).

I'm in a league that is going into its 12th year... we've got a good core of 10 teams, and 1-2 seem to rotate in and out ever year... might be an opening next year. We live draft out of Milwaukee...

2 rounds of straight-up "draft"

Then the rest of the 25-man roster is auction

 

We're full up this year, but who knows, may be looking for folks next year...

Cool man. Keep me posted. Sounds pretty cool. I love the hybrid draft, never heard of that before. Kind of the best of both worlds.
