Looking for a BLUE Moore bobblehead

I'm looking for a blue Charlie Moore bobblehead. I live on the southwest side of Milwaukee and am willing to either pick a meeting point or go the Paypal/Mail route. I'm hoping to spend in the $20 range (negotiable).
