Have there been any statements about who they are after now?

 

Unless I'm reading the article incorrectly, it looks like the Brewers promoted Jeff Levering to Joe Block's role and are now looking for candidates to take Levering's old position.

Good. I like Levering in the booth well enough but did not enjoy his work on the podcast.

I would love Dillard being the road color guy this year.

 

I don't think we'll ever see another play by play guy take an MLB job with zero experience.

Tim partnered with Brian Anderson on today's radio broadcast. He started out tentatively but got with the program quickly. If one game is any indication, he'd be a great addition to the broadcast team in some capacity. He's scheduled for the March 17 broadcast, and it's possible that more dates will be added.

Even with just Friday's small sample under Tim's belt, I'm genuinely hoping there's a way to get him in some kind of Brewers broadcasting booth once he's ready to hang up the glove.

Given that the guy has been a "lifer" in the MiLB system and done some joke interviews through the years, I've got to believe this is a pre-cursor of things to come for him. If not here, he'll be doing it somewhere.
