See this is where the underslot deals just wont work for Milw this year. San Diego, LA Dodgers, Colorado, Atlanta Braves and Cincy all make 3 picks before Milw even gets to make their 2nd selection. Then you have Philly's money to work with 10.5million in their two picks. Take best pitcher available
