2018-08-09: Padres (Erlin) at Brewers (Guerra) 1:10 PM CDT [Brewers lose, 8-4]

[SeaBass]

This has got to be the straw that broke the camel's last remaining vertebra regarding Knebel.

[wildcat83]

Lol, do they not know the Yelich noodle? Even with a catcher running.

[homer]

Cool. Now strike two people out.

EDIT: You didn't listen.

[TwinsBrewersWorldSeries]

Good job Soria and Yelich! Now a DP gets us out of the game!

[bucks2281]

I hope that’s a lesson learned for Counsell. Knebel is not to be trusted anymore

If he hasn't figured out by now that a walk prone, HR prone pitcher is a bad option for a closer, I don't know why this would change his mind.

Hopefully this ugly display was egregious enough for Counsell to get the message

[MoreTrife]

If Soria gets out of this he'll be a new folk hero.

[OnaBadger58]

There's light at the end of the tunnel.

[trwi7]

Don't know how you don't send the guy from 3rd there. It's going to take a strong, accurate throw to get him. You might get one with Yelich but you won't get both and the throw ended up being neither.

[PinaMadness]

Can we swear now?

Oh, I guess that's why.

[Bulldogboy]

What does Jeffress has to do to close? Game over. Horrible loss.

[MrTPlush]

Lol

[kybrewerfan]

Gracious Corey Knebel

[tmwiese55]

Also, Hader couldn't come in for the two lefties at the top of the order?

[adambr2]

LOL. Great job Counsell. Thanks.

[PinaMadness]

Tell Knebel to not even bother getting on the plane tonight.

[MoreTrife]

Didn't appreciate Renfroes reaction...

It's a train.

[brooks_quichenick]

I didn't appreciate Corey's walks.

[Ron Robinsons Beard]

Yep, that was just poor bullpen management today. No other way to describe it.

Didn't appreciate Renfroes reaction...

Didn't appreciate Soria's pitch.

That too.

[jerichoholicninja]

Corey threw the pitches but this is on Craig. Grow a pair and take him out.

What’s is the MLB record for most grand slams given up? I swear we have given up at least 7 so far this year.
