So if the brewers do send Hirua out and keep two guys hitting. 170 each what is the statement being sent to the fanbase? Just wondering what people think. Trying to win now? Something else?

If Hiura is sent down it won't be for long. I don't know how the fan base would take. I just don't think there is an easy answer given everyone being healthy.

I think the IL is pretty easily manipulated, and it wouldn't surprise me to see someone like Aguilar go down with a phantom injury.

A trade is possible, even this early. Aguilar isn't worth much, but it shouldn't be forgotten he was one of the best hitters in baseball the first half of 2018. He was literally OPSing 1.000 at the break and costs basically nothing. Someone, most likely someone not contending this year, will definitely take a shot on him.

They'll find a way to keep Hiura up.

Hurdle great manager, that was the second 3-0 he gave the go ahead and both were ripped and almost home runs. Aggressive smart, gets a lot out of that team.

I really doubt the manager gives red light green light during individual ABs during the year. Maybe very rare occasions, but they aren’t micro managing.

I’d like to know the last time a team had catchers hit in three consecutive plate appearances.

And yes I know officially it isn’t like that.

That’s a heck of a trivia question.

That's a great observation. Amazing if it has happened before. Maybe during September call ups?

Cain could hit 200, he'd be positive war

Not sure why Albers worries people so much. He's been solid until he fell off a cliff last year. This year he's back to solid.
