Jackson getting back to intentionally going the other way is a nice adjustment. Not taking weeks to do it is very much a welcome sign of growth.

Someone posted a few days ago that, essentially, Murphy is what this particular team needs despite his in game decisions. I think I agree with that. I am probably never going to be a big fan of how Murphy manages games but the team could do worse. Winning at the margins should probably be the motto for this era of Brewers baseball.

Never once said positivity bothered me. Never once said negativity bothers me. I accept both view points as valid. There is plenty of cancel culture evidence. The majority of the "negative" snarky comments come from those that would consider themselves positive. Several posters on here believe themselves to the champions of positivity and spend the bulk of game threads countering preceived "negative" posts while others believe negative posts "deserve" to be derieded. Its all there.

I get that, my point is that some people on here have a hard time accepting that some poeople might be having a hard time accepting the reality that the whole world doesn't think the way they do. If you don't like the posters that do not agree with your perspective, ignore them. Don't spend the majority of your time trying to stick your finger in thier eye. That is an equally bad look.

Disgree. Horrible comparison. I have two kids that very, very different. One of my kids is very much like me, the other is very different and I do struggle understanding their thought process. Netiher is a favorite, its just who they are. I don't spend time trying to cancel one of them. I spend my time considering their perspecitve and unerstanding that not everyone has to have the same perspective that I do. I certainly don't spend 50% of my time correcting their perspective.

Said as though toxic positivity isn't a thing (and every bit as much of a coping mechanism). There are practitioners of both on this board.
