Turnovers were a real problem the last 8 games of the season and Bucky gave up 18 turnovers while only getting 8.

 

In the four losses they lost the turnover battle 10 to 3.

Just throwing it out there as it was a storyline before the game: One team came to Pasadena treating it like a vacation and one came like it was a business trip. The team that came for a vacation looked like they forget they had a football game to focus on. 3/4 of the fumbles were because of simply inexplicable ball security. The kind you would be upset to have even one of in the game, let alone 3.

 

Not saying it would have ended better had they came to Pasadena more focused on the game, but it certainly looks bad.

I disagree with this. Taylor has had a lot of issues fumbling during his whole career, the Breeze kid put a hat right on the ball and Davis isn't used to carrying in traffic. And Lotti? I don't know what's going on with him but he must just have the yips. I think there's always a search for some kind of narrative with these things and sometimes stuff happens when you have to lug around an prolate spheroid shaped object.

Thank goodness Lotti is done. Horrible punter and a complete waste of a scholarship. Hard to believe with the size of the student body that the Badgers never held auditions and found somebody better.

Lotti might be getting paid under the table. It's about the only thing that can explain that incompetence.
