This is where I get lost with this. Is there not a ref up in the booth looking to review such things? If there isn't, there should be. I mean, we lost about an entire yard because that ref didn't know how to spot the damn football.

I'm still mad. They shouldn't have had to burn a timeout or convert a 4th and 1. That's an embarrassment for college football to not even look at that.

Why is is so hard to see that spreading oregon out defensively will gash them running the ball? Get outside the 8 man front with an end around or jet sweep already!

 

The biggest problem is the front four is beating the offensive line in the gaps.

Sure, but try at least one outside run or at least fake a jet sweep to at make those d lineman think about moving laterally takes alot of teeth out of that upfield push and hold a linebacker for a second.

We must be dominating time of possession. That has to help as the game goes on.....

 

I think Oregon had the ball most of the 1st quarter. I feel like UW is dominating this game aside from really some self-inflicted mistakes though.

Just looked at it really well. He has a knee down with the ball around the 1, but blocked by Ferguson. Way too much traffic for a conclusive call.
