So that ground ball likely would have scored Braun, unless they don't play that shift in that situation.

Edit: Double play might have been on the table though so who can say.

So, the Brewers won one yesterday they should have lost and returned the favor tonight.

Hard to say that the Brewers are going to be any better than the Pirates in this goofy season.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

I've seen about all I'd like to see out of Bobby Wahl in his Brewer career already. He is terrible.

Over the Wahl, amirite?

Not just “at Night” anymore.

I know he’s 1-for-23 to start the season, but I would still like to see Yelich bat this inning.

Same. With a 9-8 lead, preferably.

I thought for sure the Brewers would make the postseason after they expanded to 16 teams. Lot of season left, but this team hasn’t shown much of anything that’s great up to this point.

I still can’t believe how truly awful the Smoak throw to 2B was in the 7th. Suter certainly struggled, but as I attempt to get upset over tonight’s result I remember how the Pirates also gift wrapped the top half of the 7th inning with four straight walks to start.
