Pleasantly surprised to see a tie let’s go steal one.

For me Small was always a little suspect and I thought he would play better in a bullpen role.

Frelick I think is the real deal. Ruiz I think could give us a spark with the adjustments he made this year. Some team speed would be really nice to have in all these low scoring close games. Just my 2 cents!

I will be surprised if Ruiz pans out

He may provide defense & speed as a base runner & late inning replacement

Gasser will make or break the Hader trade

I actually believe Hader will implode before his contract expires

Are Cardinal fans seriously standing up for a Pujols at bat? And with one out?

They know it’s the biggest game of the season. ?

I feel like if we brought Prince Fielder or a similar guy back at the tail end of his career, and he was PH'ing in a semi-important game in a playoff race, even if he was hitting like .200-ish, people would be standing up to watch.

Rogers>2022 Hader?

He has now had 1 straight scoreless outing.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

And yet his ERA on the season is better than Hader's and his numbers over the last few years are quite comparable...
