Profile > Account Settings > Security and Privacy there's a button to request your account be deleted. I'm guessing that's what he meant.

"Request Account Deletion" doesn't exactly imply that it's automated though. Sounds to me like it's a request.

It is a request, one I have to manually run. And the dumbass admin control panel doesn't alert me of the request so I have to click into that section manually, which I have just done for timpep.
