This is a known problem that is annoyingly difficult to fix. We're rolling out a new redesign this winter, and I hope to address it at that point. In the meantime, just @ me and I can fix any specific post.

Exploring a new feature - daily topic summaries
Brock Beauchamp replied to Brock Beauchamp's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
Whoops, I just realized that output on this was ALL WRONG. Its final output only used Reviewing the Brew. I'll tune some stuff and try this again tomorrow. -
I've been automating a ton of stuff recently, and now that I've really dived into the site's API features, I can automate posting directly from a script on my home server to the site. Something I'm toying with is scraping the internet for Twins news, and then posting it here. This is literally a first pass with almost no refinement. Is something like this of interest to the forum? I think it's kinda cool, and can provide talking points and show you content you may have missed. Let me know what you think of this idea: 1. Brewers seeing strong early returns from two major in-season contract extensions (Reviewing the Brew). Cooper Pratt signed for eight years and $50.75 million and Luis Lara for seven years and $31 million before their debuts, and they've produced 1.3 and 1.2 bWAR. The piece contrasts them with Colt Emerson (-0.1 fWAR, 67 wRC+) and Samuel Basallo (-0.2 fWAR, 56 wRC+), who struggled after big early extensions. 2. Brewers must solve their ABS challenge issue before postseason arrives (Reviewing the Brew). The Brewers' hitters have the fifth-worst challenge success rate in baseball at 44% and the lowest challenge rate at 3.0%, despite a 4.2% expected rate, which is the biggest gap in MLB. Wasted early challenges left them unable to overturn a ninth-inning walk to Michael Conforto in Wednesday's win. 3. Rollercoaster evaluation of Brewers' Kyle Harrison trade (Reviewing the Brew). Harrison had a 1.57 ERA through his first 11 starts but a 5.01 ERA in August, and Caleb Durbin has a .626 OPS over the past 30 days in Boston. Shane Drohan, with a 4.09 ERA over 114.1 innings, has been the deal's only consistent piece. 4. Pat Murphy continues to prove he's the best skipper in baseball (Reviewing the Brew). Highlights Murphy's pep talk to an 0-for-4 Luis Lara right before his walk-off hit, and notes the Brewers have won more games than anyone since Murphy took over in 2024.

I've been sitting on this idea for well over a year, but figured "aw, why not" and worked up a comp this morning. Should I put this on a shirt and sell it?
