I'm listening to the game in one room, bouncing in between watching it (and listening to the TV guys) in another. Both Uecker & Sutton raved about the AB Hardy had, and I couldn't agree with them more. With that kind of approach, he's going to hit .270+ before the season is over and done.

Defense is very underrated. We've lost 7 in a row and cant make a throw from pitcher to first. Our opponents keep making miracle plays vs. our linedrives.

By the way..... whoever is umping behind the plate doing a great job. I don't think he has missed a ball/strike call all game. I wish he umped every game behind the dish.

Santos is hitting his spots and his curve is looking really sharp. After a terrible Spring, it's nice seeing him back to early 2004 form. This is a very winnable game.

Once again...someone explain to me why anyone could favor helms over cirillo. I know there are serious cirillo haters out there who are convinced helms is better but I just honestly cant see it. Watch them play and ignore the age and for that matter ignore the stats. JC is just a much better baseball player.
