A Famous Klement's Racing Sausage was attacked outside the Checkers Drive-Thru, 1840 Eighth St. S., Saturday, according to the restaurant owner.

 

Owner Jim Merfeld was wearing The Bratwurst costume in front of the store when the assailant drove by in a newer, tan or brown Jeep at about 6 p.m. One of the occupants then threw a 20-ounce bottle of Mountain Dew striking The Bratwurst in the chest splashing the sugary, yellow liquid all over the $5,000 suit, Merfeld said.

I was having trouble building a mental image of this event until I read the "sugary, yellow liquid" line. So thats what Mountain Dew is.

I'm honestly surprised that more things like this haven't happened to the Racing Sausages given all of the promotional events that they show up to...

Assuming you found the "insert hyperlink" icon above the message composition box, you'll see three columns upon clicking said icon: URL, Title and Text.

URL is where the URL goes (duh). Text is where you decide what text you want to appear in place of the actual URL (like the "in this post" above). You can leave Title blank.

 

Returning to the original topic, I wonder how much it costs to clean the sausage suits.
