Heating Company Recommendations?

we are looking to add some ductwork to our finished basement so that it is warmer than the current 48 degrees.

 

anyone have any recommendations of people to call...or not to call?

 

i have had one place come out to do some service before, but i am looking to get a couple estimates.

where are you locate? I design HVAC systems and am surrounded by plenty of Journeymen that would be more then willing to do the work for you on the side. It would alot cheaper then hiring a contractor to do it and the work would be the same. The only downfall is that you would have to work around his timetable, ie nights and weekends.

I cannot recommend Rudi Uttke and Sons highly enough. Based on S.Howell, they've been around a good while and have always been reasonable and quick, I've found.
