    After looking at this, 4 of Bush's last five starts would qualify for quality starts, even though only two of them were wins by the team. The other problem is that all four of them were at MP.

    Headed out in a few minutes for this one. Taking my two boys, one will be in Brewers gear, the other had been eaten by the braves bug. Last time I saw Sheets pitch in Atlanta we have him a 6 run lead to work with......I wouldnt mind seeing the same thing tonight.

    Just once I want to be able to do something else while the game is on. You know have a nice lead and have the game on but do the dishes, send an email, sweep the room etc. All these damn close games are really killing my productivity.

    I will be flying in from Atlanta first thing Sunday morning to catch Sheets pitch. I go to Houston every 3 or 4 weeks so I have a bit of experience with it and have been to the juice box a few times. While downtown the arts area is the only part of downtown that has anything. There are a few bars, and a few music clubs. I have never had a problem walking in downtown, but as with any big city use your judgement, there are cabs everywhere. If you want to go where the cooler bars and hotties are I have found the Rice and Montrose areas to be pretty good. Galveston is okay, there are a few cool bars and areas on the strip. You are looking at about an hour to get from the stadium to the beach. Houston is by far and away the most personality-less big city in the country. The fourth largest city in the country and it pretty much sucks. If you guys are hangin on Sunday after the game I might be up for a post game beer on Sunday afternoon. (If it matters I am 30).

    Maybe my doctor would disagree, but I think the debate is to have 3 or 4 before a game; and what is the applicable brat to brew ratio?

    WOW, the Offensive Tackle looks great on the mound.

    why do 2b always throw the double play relay sidearm? I can understand when they are crossing the bag, but for example, Rickie is using the base as protection has both feet set and throws sidearm, while every other throw he makes is over the top.

    Only way he does any damage in that situation is if its agains the Brewers He got 1 in, It is good to see Rickie making solid contact, even on the outs today. Good sign.

    It is nice not to have to hold ur breath when a ground ball is hit to third base this year. Mets have bases loaded with one out, still down 3-0. Ex Brewer Brady Clark at the plate.

    I am saying why do you use your last lefty in the bullpen on the bottom of the lineup when the first two guys he faces are righthanded (and I had a brainfart about Albert).

    Does anyone disagree with using the only other lefty on the bottom of the lineup? Especially with Albert in the lineup?

    Cubs are up 3-0 with 2 on in the bottom of 4th, 2 outs.

    I would add to the Indians, my dad is a lifelong Tribe fan and would love to have a beer with him and watch an Indians WS victory, unless against the Crew obviously. Selfishly I would like to see the Braves as well. I live in Atlanta and have season tickets for work and get to go to about 25 games a year there and have never seen a WS game in person.
